My dog had a 'party' sneaking in my handbag and choosing a red-orange tube of lipstick to pluck out. While I was out of his site, he chomped on the metal tube and had a nice area of stain on my new carpet. I had previously read to not try OTC products on carpets, so I left it alone. I am so happy that I did, because the Heaven's Best representative said that was correct. I have one regret!! I wished that I had taken a before and after photograph to prove the superb job!
